Professional Bio
Mark Gleiberman is the President and founder of MG Properties. After graduating from Drexel University in 1979, Mark was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1981 and a Real Estate Broker in 1990. He was a tax specialist for five years with the international accounting firms of Ernst & Whinney and Touche Ross, and worked for six years in senior financial management positions with Hybritech and Solar Turbines Corp. Mark also started developing small apartment communities on a part-time basis and in 1989 and left his corporate job to start an entrepreneurial venture on a full time basis forming MG Properties in 1992. During this time, Mark has overseen the acquisition, development and management of over 74 properties totaling over 10,000 units. As President, he has guided the growth of MG Properties, raising money for new investment partnerships and overseeing the renovation, lease-up and property management of the company’s portfolio of value-add communities. The company’s apartment portfolio has a total market value of over $700 million.
Personal
Mark is married to Hanna Gleiberman and has two sons, Jeffrey Gleiberman who attends the University of Southern California and Justin Gleiberman who attends Tufts University and one daughter, Zoe Gleiberman, attending La Jolla Country Day school. Mark's hobbies are traveling, home, family, basketball, etc. He coached two teams in the JCC Youth Basketball League for 8 years and served as a head coach in the Del Mar Youth Soccer league for 5 years.
